shelter), or open air under the shade of the holm-oaks. Make the most of your

capture your senses with beatuiful landscape and genuine hospitality. Lunch
is based on cheeses, salami, “patata in capotto” (boiled sheep with potatoes),
roasted sunkling pig, typical bread, washed down with “Cannonau” (strong local
wine) and the “fi lu e ferru” a typical local schnapps. Cook with the shepherd
the dishes you taste. Witness to the cheese making in the ancient sheepfold. If
you are around at the end of the spring you could also witness to su tusorzu”
the sheep shearing, an ancient sardinian ritual.
